Summary: We all enjoyed our stay. The condo that was chosen for us was very convenient to take our grandchildren to the pool. The only incident was that we were not given the key to the A/C and our condo became very hot and uncomfortable. So by about 6pm or so we called the front desk thinking that it was broken. We had never experienced needing a key for the A/C before, but the maintenance man was great. He even went to the office to get it for us and brought it back then showed us what to do. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving!!
